The world needs more Uslada

Language, and the way we use it, is powerful because through it, and with it we create our own reality. We can create it unconsciously through blind repetition of old words, and old thought forms that belong to the past.

Or, it can be a powerful tool to create a better future if we become conscious of what we say, which words we use, and what kinds of beliefs we align ourselves with. 

Услада (Uslada) is a poetic word in the Russian language that I would like to introduce to the world as my own vision for a positive tomorrow.

The word “Uslada” contains a complex patchwork of meanings and can be roughly translated into English as “pleasure”, “joy”, “delight”,  and “delectation”. Uslada embodies both the comforting energy of sweetness as well as a fierce, fiery love. It is the feeling of being deeply nurtured, when all our needs are met, because we have full trust and support in the Universe.

Uslada is both an active giver and receiver of pleasure, as well as the archetype of pleasure itself. 

Uslada is the required status quo for all human beings to evolve because it’s only by feeling nurtured, loved and lullabied into our own sweetness that we can give the same energy of self-love and support back to the world. Uslada is the sensual embrace of the Universe, and the ever-lasting support of Mother Earth.

Uslada is the state of deeply ingrained inner content with ourselves as creations and as creators. It is the state of love and amazement at our humanness, and at the gift of every breath, and every step on this beautiful Planet. Uslada is the state of enchantment with life, with love, and with our own authentic power.
